• Capture contact information through verification (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)

• Track analytics and engagement metrics
• Manage contacts and pass performance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to InfoPass. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by FusionEdge Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using InfoPass, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when collecting contact information through InfoPass.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Free Plan

InfoPass offers a free plan with limited features and usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

7.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSIONEDGE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties or users
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FusionEdge Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content you upload or share

11. Third-Party Services

InfoPass integrates with third-party services (Cloudinary, Twilio, Resend, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or availability.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data may be deleted after a grace period
• Active passes will be deactivated
• Subscription fees are non-refundable

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
